Last I checked OpenSSL was not GPL compatible. So actually there is no
way OpenSSL would be acceptable. gnutls would be an option, but the
current AES code is already used for MXF, in use for cinemas and coming
in definitely higher bitrates than any BluRay, so if there is a speed
issue libavutil definitely needs to be fixed.
