[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] improve dvd subtitle. cmd 7 (CHG_COLCON)

 When I watched japanese 'ZODIAC' dvd, subtitle was not displayed in
many scene because it uses sub-pictures cmd 7(CHG_COLCON) and spudec.c
don't handle it.

 So this patch is for that.
 
Changes:
a) handle cmd 7.
b) each cmds sequence will be queued. this make possible to handle fade
   in/out effect(in another dvd, done with changing alpah values).
c) some improvement. avoid alloc/free repeating.

 I tested with some dvds without any problems.(although cmd7 was only
in 'ZODIAC').
