addendum: It would be possible that we apply to the curt here for clarification
on this matter with moderate costs (last quote i got was 10k-30k EUR).
This would give us the advantage of getting a list of what we are allowed
to do and what not, hence giving us protection against any big evil company
who'd want to sue us. As a side effect, it might be possible that breaking
AACS would become legal here :-)
