You should get ID_SUBTITLE_ID output now, but the TS demuxer does not
support exporting subtitle streams to MPlayer.
Not sure what is necessary to make it work, if maybe just adding a new_sh_sid
case for ts_add_stream (and calling it for subtitles) is enough.
That is basically one of the reasons I went with testing with
libavformat.
