PS i didn't yet implemented title changing when not changing vo
(-fixed-vo currently doesn't update the title)
does somebody have an idea on how to implement it??

PS::2 for reimar: didn't treat it as vo_ctrl or vf_ctrl, and probably
this could be the way to get title changing working with fixed-vo...
but there is already an 'I' keybinding which displays the current
filename, would you like to change that variable or add another kb?
