[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Add support for ARIB STD-B24 captions

Hi,

This patch adds support for captions found in ARIB STD-B24 (ISDB) transport streams.

It uses libass to render the captions and has support for color and positioning.

Captions can be turned on in most cases with -slang jpn , assuming that there is a Japanese caption stream.
