Such samples also play fine with the patch which I will apply if nobody objects.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find a MPEG transport stream containing H264 video
with changing resolution - I wonder if Michael once fixed such a sample for
FFmpeg (I think it came from a camera, but I may be wrong).
