Mostly stale, just hesitant to restore them. The qdv is from ~r22906, the same 
with the VP6. Interleaved might be broken with VP6, but I doubt there are very 
many files with that in the wild.
The files on hand that caused the wma2 [1] and svq3 changes all appear to be 
working as well.
