[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] 8 channel support

The attached patch adds support for 8 channel audio.  It's been baking
in my local tree for a couple months, and I think it's ready to be
committed.

I've verified 5- and 6-channel content against my usual suite of tests
[1] to ensure no regressions.  Curious style choices in the patch were
done to maintain consistency with the surrounding code.

8 channel Vorbis has incorrect layout.  I've submitted a patch to
ffmpeg-devel to fix that.
