[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] output console status only every n frames (-quietframes), Bug #1459

Instead of not printing any status like -quiet, it prints a status line only
every n frames. This more elegantly works around a flaw in some terminals
(e.g. konsole) and platforms(e.g. windows) which causes 10+% additional cpu
consumption. I think this should eventually be set as a reasonable default,
e.g. quietframes=fps or fps/2.

Command line option -quietframes <n>.

Mencoder is not yet included. I'll see what I can do after this went in.

This is my first patch for mplayer, so please be gentle.
