[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Make sure -rtsp-stream-with-sctp is supported while building with libnemesi

Before live555 made the option a dummy since they were mutually 
exclusive, thing that got fixed long ago...

I noticed that while checking the sctp support.

PS: I'll need to introduce a way to make the demuxer aware that a pause 
had been asked, possibly introducing a DEMUXER_CTRL_PAUSE if didn't 
appear already ^^.
