Just recompiled and tested it and it still happens. At least I now  
found a way to reproduce it quickly.
Use mplayerosx.extended to watch a file. Then just keep "F" pressed.  
The window will switch between window-mode and fullscreen.
Do this for around 10 to 20 seconds and you will get the error.
