[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] MMST, use preroll value to set prebuffer size

Unlike MMS over HTTP code and previous posted patch, now prebuffer size
is adjusted according to max bitrate of selected streams. This removes
non improbable lags in the beginning when playing streams with high
bitrates...
