Hi, sorry for taking so long to get back to you on this. That fixes  
the demuxing, but the channel order is still screwed. I'll submit a  
seperated out patch for that later.

Out of interest, is there a disadvantage to using lavf always? Just  
wondering why isn't it the default if it is better...
