Use that obsolete naming scheme. Other programs do not use paths like
"/usr/bash/bin/bash", "/usr/mozilla/bin/firefox" and so on.

If the name changed anyway they could have moved to a sane naming scheme
(like all common Linux distributions I know about) instead of creating a
_new_ version of the old idiocy. "So the directory name changed" - that
part makes sense, but not what they changed the directory hierarchy
_to_.
