[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Wire up EATGV support

libavcodec can already handle eatgv, and as such, ffplay(1) has no 
issues with such files. But mplayer (and xine, on a related note) fail 
to open it. Here is a simple patch to wire up lavc's eatgv to mplayer.

By the way, more lavc codecs are not listed in codecs.conf, like eatgq, 
just to name one. Someone should perhaps go through the list, if 
possible.
