[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix default language setting in configure

Hi,
Attached you find a very simple patch to fix a compilation problem that
shows up when no explicit language is provided to the configure script.
The problem is that when you try to compile mplayer, make complains
about missing file "help/help_mp-.h" and the compilation process stops.
