[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix MPlayer to compile on Darwin/x86_86

Hi there,
With the attached patch and the following configure flags:

./configure --disable-macosx-finder --disable-macosx-bundle --disable-qtx
--cc="gcc-4.2 -arch x86_64" --target=x86_64-darwin

MPlayer can be compiled and works as expected on Darwin, on my MacIntel, in
64-bits mode.

I included the modifications needed for FFmpeg as well to simplify testing,
but I'm well aware that part should not be posted for review here.
