[MPlayer-dev-eng] where video file decoding

Hi,
  I am new to this mplayer.I am using as H264 file as a input file for my
encoder.This is purely Video file. In mplayer source code, where it
decoding?(My input file contains 9 frames).
If anybody knows it please help me.
