[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] No noise messages when PTS values repeat

Hi all.

Another small patch of mine is attached.  Some of the streams I
use with MPlayer frequently produce such lines:

    pts value <= previous

As per the commentary atop the patch, these streams only repeat
the PTS values, but don't have them out of order.  Since MPlayer
does nothing to handle the case and seems to have no problems at
all, I've patched it to suppress the message.

I'm not 100% sure the message was truly useless, at least it has
been nothing but annoyance for me.
