[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Add toggle_ratio command

This patch adds a command called toggle_ratio.  It is very similar to the
existing switch_ratio command.  However, instead of taking an aspect ratio
as an input, each time you send the command it changes the aspect ratio to
one of a list of possible ratios: 1.333, 1.777, 1.85, 2.35, and default
(being the mplayer default).  This is to make the behavior of the mplayer
aspect ratio functionality more like that of newer TVs, which have a
"Picture" button that toggles through aspect ratios.  Also, this way you can
define one button that access all four aspect ratios, rather than needing to
map all four to different buttons.  This will help people who have a remote
control hooked up to their machine, so they can use a single "Picture" or
"Aspect" button rather than taking up four buttons on their remote.
