[MPlayer-dev-eng] [RFC] set svn:eol-style to LF for configure

Hello,
since some MinGW shell implementations can not handle CRLF in shell
scripts, I propose setting svn:eol-style to LF instead of native for
configure (and any other shell scripts we can find, help/help_create.sh
is the only one required for building, not idea about TOOLS/).
Does that seem like the right approach? Or do you think MinGW shells
should use/handle CRLF line-feeds?
