IMO the original libass behaviour is superior to VSFilter's. VSFilter's
method may cause problem when playing or encoding anamorphic videos.
e.g. Encoding a 16:9 NTSC DVD at original 720x480 with sar 32:27.

VSFilter 2.39 has added PAR Compensation to its DirectVobSub interface, 
while libass does not has such option. I suggest not apply this patch until
pixel aspect ratio can be manually(or automatically) set in libass.
