Since there is no other patch even close to inclusion (something that
needs more than 100 lines in vd_ffmpeg instead of the less than 20
necessary is never acceptable) the only alternative is to include nothing.
Also the ASS patch should be simple enough to apply to this version but
IIRC it was not updated for my comments I had last time?
And there are a couple of other minor things that need to improved
somewhen, but I don't think I'll have time in the near future so I want
something in that others can base their work on.
