[MPlayer-dev-eng] release alongside FFmpeg

It's high time for a release, so why not release alongside FFmpeg,
i.e. on the very same day?

Distros will love us for it, it will allow them to combine MPlayer
with the FFmpeg release package without ill effects.

Here is the timeline:

weekend 2009-02-07/08 freeze
weekend 2009-02-14/15 bug squashing
weekend 2009-02-21/22 release

I think we could also join the FFmpeg bug squashing weekend on IRC.
