Perhaps you could reuse the script I used to archive all the 2001-2007 
files. They are in my homedir. If their usage is not entirely clear, you 
can e-mail me off-list.

BTW I'm sorry I did not finish the whole task (i.e. 2008-2009) but I had 
some motivational problems early this year.
