[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Add CFLAGS to linking

According to the manual for GCC [1], for at least some cases you should
specify the same CFLAGS when linking with GCC that you had while
compiling. This patch adds this for the linking of mplayer/mencoder.
