[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] DVDNAV support improve (change audio and subtitle by dvd menu) and other things

Hi everybody!

Here is a patch that  resolves some things ;) :
-> DVDNAV support improved: you can select audio and subtitle language by DVD menu

			->
In slave mode, you can get results of get_time_pos and
get_time_length even if the video or music is paused.
			-> mouse-movements option improved: if you move your mouse's cursor when the video is paused, nothing happens. 
To apply this patch, launch this command: patch -p1 -i "name of the patch"
Then you can reinstall mplayer.
