There already was a patch for EAC3 posted. In practice Aurelien does not
maintain the mkv demuxer, and he's been actively opposed to improving it
because he's pushing the version he wrote for lavf. I haven't tested the
patches because so far I haven't come across files needing those audio
formats, but if nobody's interested in doing a detailed review it's
probably better to apply them anyway and fix any possible problems
later.
