[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH]Support 48 bit png and dpx

Hi!

I believe the attached patch is more correct (I didn't test the original 
patch with our 48 bit dpx sample, but I could not have worked).
Our png sample, humdizzle.png, shows some artefacts, but the result is 
still better than nothing and could be a starting point.

I could also leave out the one line change for png, the rest is needed for 
dpx.
