Well that's partially because now the other field is too early, and not
properly timed to any point at all... Even if most interlaced videos
presumably have a high enough frame rate that those timing inaccuracies
are not very visible, the current hacky implementation is annoying at
least for frame stepping. I intend to make that behave more like
filter-inserted frames. And improving the timing doesn't require any
extra architecture changes after adding support for queuing frames
ahead.
