[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Support for video capture from National Instruments cards

Hi everybody!

Here is a patch providing support for video capture from National
Instruments cards (expensive cards typically used in research labs;
http://www.ni.com/ ) and incidentally two new slave commands:
screenshot_path and screenshot_name.

I wrote it for a friend who had a lot of trouble supporting both his
NI-IMAQ-1411 card and all kinds of video files in his program. I
suggested that he port his video motion detection research code to
MPlayer as video filters in order to rely on its great video support,
which he did and will contribute soon.

PS: being a Linux user myself I am the first one to be sorry to submit
Windows-only code, but as NI states on
http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/E5AF629EE63330C78625714F007EE568
: "Currently, National Instruments does not provide an image
acquisition driver for Linux operating systems". If somebody knows a
workaround, please let me know :)

Best regards,
