[MPlayer-dev-eng] Audio ID patch for DVDNAV

I believe this patch was submitted before also and approved, but never
committed.

What this patch does is reemit the ID_AID_x_LANG for the track. This
allows the identification of the audio track by lang code (en or es)
rather than by id (128 or 129). And is useful for mplayer gui's like
gnome-mplayer.

This is needed because sometime the menu track only has one language,
but the movie track may have multiple.
