[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Use cpu runtime detection from FFmpeg's configure.

Hi,

There is an ok'd patch on the ffmpeg-devel mailing list to rename
RUNTIME_CPUDETECT to CONFIG_RUNTIME_CPUDETECT, and also always define
it to either 0 or 1, instead of #undef'ing it.

This patch should take care of this change in the mplayer tree before
the patch in FFmpeg is applied.
