Hi,

I have developed an Installer for MPlayer on Windows.

You can try out the result here:

It's one installer that contains mplayer, gmplayer and all the codecs

If you want to ship ready-made installers for all new MPlayer versions
yourself, you can get the sourcecode from the installer here:
