BTW I noticed yet another regression from the change to the lavf
demuxer: relative seeks do not always move in the direction specified.
With the left/right keys configured to seek 1 second seeks can get
stuck: even if you keep a seek key down the video stays at one frame,
always going back to the same keyframe instead of progressing in the
correct direction.
