Sorry, but I don't think that having MPlayer's video capture funnction
suddenly depending on an external library in a development stage is
acceptable.

On the other hand, porting Bayer and SPCA decoders to libavcodec
would be surely welcome. Libv4lconvert is LGPL, so it shouldn't be such
a difficult goal.
