[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] -volume

I'm sending this patch again.

It adds a -volume option to set the startup volume.

The patch was originally written by Reimar Döffinger:

I've just added an entry for the manpage.

I find it very useful for smplayer, and I've been using it since Reimar sent 
it to the mplayer-users list, but things would be easier if it could be added 
upstream.
