[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] add -nomsgcolor to disable -msgcolor effect

Tolerate users that have msgcolor=yes in ~/.mplayer/config and want
occasionally to run mplayer on dumb terminals. So add an option to disable
msgcolor for that particular case.
