[MPlayer-dev-eng] update to the speedup patch

I have a suggestion - to start a new thread about the OSD and adapt
the patch to the current variable/function names and coding style. I
can do the conversion myself Monday. Anyway - good work Jim. You're
doing this week what I've planned for the next one. It will be great
if you download the latest vo_direct3d.c from the SVN and post patches
relative to it :)
