Ok, I fixed everything you requested. I'm perfectly fine with
submitting patches here.

What's left:
RGB colorspaces
Window management through w32_common.c

You can take a look at the implementation of all other things I
changed. I submit the patch with .txt extension for supposedly easier
quoting .
