[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vobsub previous seek fix

Hello,

when vobsub do previous seek, it possibly happens pts reduce after the
seek action.
the reduce of pts maybe not detected by vobsub so will make it lost
all vobsubs between the seek gap.
here's a patch to fix it, I will commit it in one week if there's no
objection on it.
