[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] don't look for X11 headers on host when cross-compiling

Hi all,

This patch avoid the detection of host X11 headers when cross-compiling.
I added the cross-compiling test because it was our testcase (geexbox
toolchain) so feel free to propose a proper solution if you think this
one is a ugly hack, I just wanted to expose you the problem.
