[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] add ID_SEEKABLE information for -identify argument

Hello,

I suggest this patch for add the information if the stream is
seekable or not when the '-identify' argument is used.

The reason is because I work on the http://libplayer.geexbox.org
abstraction layer for MPlayer, Xine and others players and for
example I can take easly this information with Xine but not with
MPlayer.
