-tv channels=<channel>-<name>[-<norm>],...

Example:
   mplayer tv:// -tv  
channels=8-TNT=PAL,11-ORT=SECAM,27-RUSSIA=SECAM,29-NTV=PAL,31-TNV=SECAM
