[MPlayer-dev-eng] Unplayable "JVT NAL sequence"

Hi,

I have a video file mplayer is not able to display.

It should be unencrypted H264 1920x1080 (euro cup) and
was grabbed from DVB-T TS, with options -dumpstream
and -dumpvideo.

The dumpstream file plays in audio-only mode.
The dumpvideo file is unusable and is recognized by the
file command as
   stream.video: JVT NAL sequence

Here is a dump of some bytes from stream.video.
Is this stuff supported?
(I can upload the entire file if needed)
