Well said.

The facts are that there is huge flame war and Diego can not handle it.
He doesn't understand the reasons and his attempts to stop it 
only make it from bad to worse.

Why Diego must handle it. Simply because as root admin he had performed the role of project leader, without actually taking the responsibility that comes with that position.


This is why I call for Project Leader election.

If you like the things as they are now, vote for Diego.
If not, propose your nomination or vote for better candidate.

I do not care what the system for casting vote would be, as long as it is fair.
I have simple system in mind, but I'd give it only if asked to.
