apply it. mencoder has no maintainer, so dont expect too many reviews
of mencoder patches.

i think -ovc vfw has the same problem...

if anyone has time:
test all of the -ovc with -ffourcc
likewise test all -oac with -fafmttag

while i'm reading the manual, i wonder if -force-avi-aspect
works with -of lavf -o file.avi.
