Only realrtsp, sadly the prestandard/bastard rtsp from real could be 
easily mixed up with the ietf one...

Yup

Just the ietf rtsp should be disabled and the code for handling realrtsp 
should be still there.

The patch you propose will make libnemesi and native collide causing 
havoc at best.
