[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Allow rtsp+rdt when built with libnemesi

User wstephenson on #mplayer couldn't play his BBC radio stream with his 
libnemesi-enabled MPlayer.

Only MPlayer's native RTSP can decode that stream. When MPlayer is built 
without any streaming libraries or only with live555, it can play the stream. 

After looking at stream_nemesi.c and configure, I saw that nemesi disabled 
mplayer's rtsp. This patch allows libnemesi and mplayer's rtsp to live and 
work together.
